Shipping policy

Our delivery policies and procedures are outlined in this Section.

2 We will arrange for products to be delivered to the address you specify during the checkout process.

3 We will use reasonable efforts to deliver your products on or before the delivery date in the order confirmation or, if no date is provided, within 7 days of order confirmation. However, delivery by that date is not guaranteed.

4 We deliver only to addresses within the UK, and additional charges may apply to non-mainland addresses.

5 Delivery charges range from £4.95 to £7.95, with free express postage for orders over £250. Additional fees apply to larger items delivered to remote regions, such as Northern Ireland.

6 Express delivery ensures next-working-day arrival if ordered before 2 pm Monday-Thursday. Orders made on Friday before 2 pm will arrive Monday, and weekend orders will arrive Tuesday.
