1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions shall govern the sale and purchase of products through our website.

3. Order process

3.1 The advertising of products on our website constitutes an “invitation to treat” rather than a contractual offer.

3.2 No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure set out in this Section 3.

3.3 To enter into a contract through our website to purchase products from us, the following steps must be taken:

• Add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

• New customers may choose to create an account or checkout as a guest; existing customers must log in.

• After logging in, select your preferred delivery method, confirm your order, and consent to the terms of this document.

• You will be transferred to our payment service provider’s website for payment handling.

• We will send you an order confirmation (at which point the contract becomes binding) or an email stating that we are unable to fulfill your order.

3.4 You will have the opportunity to identify and correct input errors prior to completing your order by editing your details in the checkout tabs.

4.2 We may periodically change the products available on our website and do not undertake to continue to supply any particular product or type of product.

5. Prices

5.1 Our prices are quoted on our website.

5.2 Prices may change from time to time, but this will not affect contracts that have previously come into force.

5.3 All amounts stated in these terms and conditions or on our website are inclusive of VAT.

5.4 You may also need to pay a delivery charge, which will be notified to you before the contract of sale is finalized.

6. Payments

6.1 You must pay the prices of the products you order during the checkout process.

6.2 Payments may be made by any of the permitted methods specified on our website from time to time.

6.3 If you fail to make a payment due under these terms, we may withhold the ordered products and cancel the contract with written notice.

6.4 If you make an unjustified chargeback, you will be liable to pay:

(a) an amount equal to the chargeback,

(b) all third-party expenses incurred by us related to the chargeback,

(d) all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in recovering these amounts.

Unjustified chargebacks, including failure to recognize entries on a financial statement, will be subject to this policy.

9. Distance contracts: cancellation right

9.1 This Section applies if you contract with us as a consumer under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

9.2 You may cancel the contract without reason within 14 days of physical possession of the products.

9.3 To cancel, inform us by clear communication before the cancellation period expires.

9.4 You must return the products at your expense within 14 days of informing us.

9.5 Refunds will include the cost of delivery unless a more expensive delivery method was chosen.

9.6 We may deduct a refund if the products are handled beyond what is necessary to determine their nature and characteristics.

9.7 Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

9.8 We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned products or proof of their return.

10. Warranties and representations

10.1 You warrant that:

(a) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;

(b) You have provided true and accurate information.

10.2 We warrant that:

(a) We have the right to sell the products;

(b) The products correspond to their description and are of satisfactory quality.

11. Limitations and exclusions of liability

(a) Limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence;

(b) Limit liability for fraud or misrepresentation;

11.2 We will not be liable hereunder for any loss of profits, business, revenues, savings, reputation, production, goodwill, or any other indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential or punitive damages.

12. Order cancellation

12.1 We may cancel a contract by written notice if:

(a) You fail to pay on time;

(b) We are prevented from fulfilling the contract due to events beyond our control.

13. Consequences of cancellation

13.1 Upon cancellation:

(a) We will cease delivery obligations;

(b) You remain liable for products already delivered.

14. Scope

14.1 These terms do not govern intellectual property licensing or the provision of services (other than delivery services).

15. Variation

15.1 We may revise these terms from time to time, with revised terms applying to future contracts.

16. Assignment

16.1 We may assign or subcontract our rights and obligations under these terms. You may not assign or subcontract your rights without our consent.

17. No waivers

17.1 A breach of these terms will not be waived unless expressly agreed in writing.

18. Severability

18.1 If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful, the rest will continue in effect.

19. Third-party rights

19.1 No third party has the right to enforce any of these terms.

20. Entire agreement

20.1 These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

21. Law and jurisdiction

21.1 These terms are governed by English law.

21.2 Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

22.1 We will not file a copy of these terms specifically for each user.

22.2 These terms are available in the English language only.
